What you’ll do:
- Work in high pace environment!
- Prioritizing Customer experience and serving amazing soft serve and food with a smile!
- Lead teams in shifts and communicate to create positive work experience while serving the customer!
- Direct liaison between the team and owner
- Run shifts without direct super vision
-Create positive environment that promotes learning, self empowerment and development of the team, all while providing the best customer service
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, assignments, planning, guiding the team, and ordering inventory
- Weekly meetings to go over business metrics, goals, and planning
- Help lead a great team and build your leadership skills all while accomplishing set goals!
