Customer Support - Technical Parts Sales (Hybrid Remote) Job at PFlow Industries
Fast paced environment, Customer Focused team, Custom-Engineered products, up to 2 days per week remote after training period!
Provides product support to customers by taking incoming calls from customers and assisting with parts orders, returns and warranty.
Generates quotations and receives and enters orders following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Customers may be direct product users, installers and dealers.
Works with Engineering, Purchasing and all other departments to generate detailed quotations for field repairs and upgrades
Processes sales orders, generates RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations)
Assists with accounts receivable collections when needed

- Requires at least 5 years of Customer Service
- Requires a strong technical background. Knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems as well as VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), (preferred, but not required)
- Requires strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook as well as knowledge of ERP systems (M2K preferred, but not required)
- Requires a mechanical aptitude with strong communication and customer service skills
- Requires computer skills with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Requires good written and verbal communications skills and a pleasant demeanor
- Requires a "can do" attitude with a willingness and ability to exceed customer expectations
- Requires the ability to work individually and to contribute as a member of a team
- Requires strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
