PrintScan is looking for an Customer Support Specialist to provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Customer Support Specialist responsibilities includes answering phone calls, schedule meetings, support office visitors, and complete administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. The Customer Support Specialist will write and edit documents from letters, to reports and instructional documents for all fingerprinting partners, programs, products, and services. An Customer Support Specialist will always exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of all PrintScan offices
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports office visitors
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Calling clients to reschedule appointments due to cancellations and/or office closures Carries out administrative duties such as generating reports, electronic and physical filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling appointments and assisting clients via phone and email
- Exhibits polite and professional communication in person and via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate department or team member
- Supports finance, operations, and sales teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Provides information to clients and team members by answering questions and requests
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and responsibilities as needed
