WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help with their service dispatch requests and order placement. The Customer Support Specialist will have a direct impact on our service business for:

  • Take and route service dispatch calls
  • Sales and service support

· Order placement, credits, returns, coordinate customer requested machine moves, etc… · Support sales teams as a single point of contact

  • Team oriented structure-backing up other team members when needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or some college
  • 2-4 years customer service experience desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with talking to customers
  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and motivation and willingness to work as a proactive team player.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize their work
  • Personable, approachable and able to work easily with others at all levels
