Overview
Dovetail is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with our clients to assure their success with our SaaS HR Service Delivery Program. The position can be based anywhere in the United States. We’re searching for an affable, organized individual with a passion for fostering relationships and being a client advocate. This person is responsible for building client relationships, monitoring their utilization and success, and escalating critical feedback to our executive team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct twice annual status review calls to hear from all of our clients on their platform utilization and HR Service Delivery needs
- Monitor client success from the sales close through implementation to ongoing support
- Proactively identify and escalate any issues that arise for clients
- Assist in gathering critical client feedback and conveying their needs to our executive team
Skills & Requirements
- Highly organized with desire to monitor project goals and deadlines
- Ability to develop a rapport and build relationships with clients
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities for growth with successful accounts
- Ability to productively work remotely
Desired Experience
- 3+ years experience in an account management role or equivalent client-facing position
- Experience utilizing CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- Experience working with SaaS companies and/or HR Departments
