Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Pay Rate: $15-18/hr based on experience
• Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Customer Service Representative: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing calls and emails from customers regarding their accounts

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and chat
• Assess customer's needs to provide the correct answer or troubleshoot issues
• Track and record call information including updating accounts and data entry

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of computers and ability to process data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as superior customer service skills
• Prior experience in similar work environment preferred (insurance verification, benefit verification specialist, customer service representative, data entry clerk, medical billing, banking or financial institution, call center representative, receptionist, etc)
