Greenscape Innovations is a family owned and operated sod and landscape installation company specializing in commercial and residential landscapes.
We are hiring a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to join our growing team! The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, punctual, and dependable. Great Customer Service, someone who enjoys dealing with customers and with high sense of responsibility. Job site while in training will be Punta Gorda area, once trained it may be a chance that you will be working at our central office in Arcadia, 15 to 20 minutes drive time from one to another.

The Customer Service Representative / Scheduler will be responsible to ensure a positive experience for prospective and current customers. They will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and following up with a customer once an order has been completed. They take ownership of ensuring every experience at Greenscape Innovations is a pleasant one.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding and servicing all direct customer inquiries and requirements to increase sales of products
- Respond to daily telephone and email inquiries from customers regarding product information, pricing, services, and delivery information.
- Perform accurate data entry of all customer orders, bills, receipts, and invoices into QuickBooks and T-Sheets platform and allocate to specific job.
- Organize and process payments daily with Crew Leader from install jobs.
- Conduct scheduling responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure store is clean and inviting to customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Bilingual - English- Spanish
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone manner, and client relation skills.
- Demonstrated "client first" mindset and orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
