Papillon Airways is currently looking for full-time a Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at its Grand Canyon West location on The Hualapai Indian Reservation in Arizona. We are searching for self-motivated, hard-working candidates who will care about our employees, our equipment, and our customers to fill the position.

The right candidate for this position must be a team player, friendly, dependable, responsible, and can follow directions. Must speak concisely and clearly, and have a good command of the English language, as you will be required to communicate with guests and coworkers. Must be punctual, have excellent work ethic, and pays attention to detail. This is an entry level position.

Duties and Requirements:

- Adhere to safety protocols and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

- Check-in and weigh guests

- Give aircraft safety briefings to guests

- Must be able to work in fast pace and stressful work environment

- General data entry computer skills

- An aptitude for basic mathematics and multi-tasking

- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

- Exemplary customer service skills. Must be very personable and should enjoy engaging with the public.

- Must pass drug test and background check.

- Must have valid driver’s license.

Schedule:

• This position is scheduled 10 hour workdays, 4 days on, 3 days off
