We are an independent Pharmacy located in Slidell, LA. Searching for a full time Customer Service Representative/Cashier

Pharmacy Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Shifts are 8 hours between those hours

Job Duties:

  • Assists with daily pharmacy maintenance to ensure the pharmacy is clean, neat, and orderly in condition and appearance.
  • Such maintenance may include: stocking supplies, cleaning work stations, disposing of trash, etc.
  • Completing any special assignments or tasks as assigned in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions, scanners, and scales
  • Inbound and outbound calls to patients

Applicant Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrate proficiency with using Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: Starting range would be $15 - $17 per hour based on experience with ability to receive pay increases based on performance.

Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance are offered to all full time employees after 90 days of probationary period.

Vacation: 40 hours paid time off starts accruing after one year of service, 80 hours after 2 years, and 120 hours after 3 years

This position is subject to repeated hours performing repetitive tasks of filling and ringing up.
