Job Summary:
A family owned manufacturing firm for over 50 years, Visiontron Corp. is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Holtsville, New York. If you're interested in a role with diverse responsibilities in a small, friendly office, this could be the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Process orders
- Electronic invoicing (data entry)
- Potential to create shipping documentation shipping tasks using FedEx/UPS software.
- Miscellaneous office and reception duties
What We're Looking For In You:
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for this position.
- Customer service experience in an office required
- Attention to detail
- Shipping experience with FedEx/UPS a plus
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm throughout the year. From Memorial Day until Labor Day, our summer hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am-2:30pm on Friday.
