As a Customer Service Office associate you’ll ensure the front end operations are running smoothly which includes register lane management, daily task delegation and assisting our in-store and online customers with their shopping experience. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our associates and we work together to accomplish this goal.
Qualifications • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to handling wine and spirits • Prior experience in customer service, cash handling and leadership experience is required • Ability to provide clear direction and delegate responsibilities to a team • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, priorities and circumstances • Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
