**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is designed to transition into the General Manager of Warehouse Operations and 3PL Business, providing a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the logistics industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative:

- Manage incoming customer service inquiries.

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers.

- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure customer requirements are met.

As a Future General Manager:

- Oversee and manage all operations of the warehouse.

- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

- Oversee inventory, distribution of goods, and facility layout.

- Develop effective strategies to manage warehouse efficiency and ensure the business meets its objectives.

- Foster productive relationships with clients and manage third-party logistics service providers.

**Qualifications**

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- High school degree.

- A desire to grow into a leadership role, with a commitment to personal and professional development.
