We opened our new state-of-the-art cold storage warehouse in Sturbridge in August 2022, storing 21,000 pallets of food products from around the world. We have built a third-party logistics operation from scratch by carefully hiring people who add positive energy, and who want to listen, learn, and grow with us.

Now we’re looking for one more Customer Service Representative to round out the team. You will receive valuable, ongoing training from your peers on the logistics business, and you will use modern warehouse management software to build old-school customer relationships.

What Our Customer Service Team Does
We communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers to schedule and manage inbound and outbound loads, and maintain our inventory. You’ll answer questions about the current status of their order, or maybe just the weather in Sturbridge. Sometimes you’ll talk them through an immediate problem and other times you’ll help them plan their deliveries for next month.

Do you like to help people? Our customers and drivers find us to be friendly and helpful. We try to make them smile! Do you like to solve problems? We’ll teach you how to troubleshoot, investigate and work with the warehouse team to resolve customer issues.

What Do We Want from You?

  • Know MS Office and be generally computer literate

  • Be flexible to work evening shifts and overtime as needed
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Are you Bilingual in Spanish? that’s a plus!

Note from NECS

Salary: From $20.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive bonus (up to $3/hr)
