Job Title: Loaner Vehicle Rep.
Position Description:
Provides our service customers with a loaner vehicle while their vehicle is being serviced.
Some of the Duties & Responsibilities:
- Insures satisfaction to customers.
- Communicates with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Multi-task oriented, excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Insure the Loaner Contract is complete.
- Vehicle inspections are complete before customers leave.
Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Loaner Representative will be expected to frequently sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive hand/finger movements. She or he may be required to bend/twist/stoop, kneel/squat, climb stairs, grasp/grab with hands, or push/pull with arms.
