Mr. Rooter is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll greatly impact the day-to-day experience of our clients. You’ll be the first line of contact for our customers and will ensure that all clients are scheduled successfully and delighted by their Mr. Rooter experience. You will be responsible for developing a successful plan to service the customer optimally and efficiently.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
- Provide sales enablement and support for all service technicians
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail and personal customer contacts
- Consistently develop business value metrics
- Collaborate to conceptualize, develop, recommend, and implement solutions
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
