Leading Salon Distributor in New England looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This person must have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and be well organized. In this position you will be working directly with our customers and Sales Team to ensure the needs of our customers are always met!
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
-Placing orders order the phone from customers and company sales representatives
-Processing payments when orders are placed
-Updating customer information when needed using the computer system
-Answering phones and directing customers to the proper departments
-Responding to email orders and inquires
-Updating customers with new monthly promotions and events
-Handling customer complaints to the best of your ability
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be well organized and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to take direction from management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
