THE ROLE:

We are looking for a fun, computer savvy, technically inclined, smart, energetic, passionate to work, and hard-working individual to pro-actively answer day-to-day calls, communicate through website live chat, and respond to emails in our customer service department. The individual should be comfortable and willing to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop, and grow within our company. Our company is expanding and professional growth within the organization is available.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage daily high-volume calls, live chat, and Zendesk support emails.
- Place orders over the phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues by offering solutions.
- Work effectively with vendors and shipping companies to communicate order tracking information.
- Work effectively with others in a team environment to identify and resolve problems.
- Communicate with team members through Slack.
- Engage in weekly team meetings.
- Engage customers through social media channels.
- Perform other related duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 year of similar call center or retail sales/customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to type 45 wpm or higher.
- Effective communicator; comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner.
- Professional in appearance, attitude, and actions.
- Must have analytical thinking skills and a detail-oriented personality.
- Experience using E-commerce platform & software (Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, Fulfillify, Zendesk, etc.)
- High School Diploma
- Able to work full time schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
