GoldenHome is a major manufacturer of better quality euro-style modern Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry and Closet Systems. We have manufacturing facilities around the world including China, Vietnam, Thailand, and also here in the US. We are currently producing about 7,000 cabinets per day, making us one of the larger manufacturers in the industry.
Here at GoldenHome East / Biscayne Cabinetry Inc. we are a wholesale distribution center that is owned and managed by the manufacturer directly. We sell quality modern/contemporary frameless cabinetry to dealers here on the east coast as well as supply other distributors across the US.
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Team supporting our Outside Sales effort and supporting our Customers.
- You should have 1 to 2 years experience in a Customer Service/Customer Care Representative Type role.
- You should be familiar with the Kitchen and Bath Industry or Cabinet knowledge
- You must have great communication skills
- You have to be a detail oriented person
- You have to be able to work individually and along with a team in a fast paced environment
- Order entry experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
