We are a family-owned and operated plumbing company seeking a Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-4 PM with 1 hour lunch everyday. We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, with good communication skills, and accurate at data entry. We are looking to hire TODAY.

Job Description:
 Communicate with Service Techs In Field
 Answer & Relay Service Calls
 Relay information to Operations Managers and Sales Managers regarding customer problems.
 File Service Tickets
 Assist in Various Office Areas

 Scheduled On Call Capabilities

Requirements
 Must have good retention and recall skills.
 Previous Billing Experience (Construction Industry is a plus)
 Positive attitude and problem solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and as a team.
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Company Benefits
 Company-paid Medical and Dental after 90 days.
 Pay negotiable at interview based on experience.
 Paid vacation after 1 year.
