Customer Service Representative

etrailer.com is a rapidly growing eCommerce company that sells and ships trailer, towing, automotive, and RV parts to customers all over the country.
Our customer service teams work in a fast-paced, call center environment where we strive to help our neighbors (customers) find products that allow them to live their best lives. etrailer.com is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in our growing company in Wentzville, MO. This is a full-time position with benefits. Benefits are effective at 60 days.
Overview:
- Full-time (40hrs per week, overtime is available)

- Mentor program to ensure you successfully transition from training to customer interactions
- Performance-based pay is determined by how well you take care of our customers (average: $21.22, Top 50%: $24.78, Top 20%: $28+).
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them to the best solution for their needs
- Dedicated to excellent attendance.
- Strong customer service skills including oral and written communication.
- Possesses the ability to work independently to complete assignments promptly.
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service
- Having an interest in Outdoor activities is a plus
