Epiqwest Culver Wealth Advisors, LLC in Broomfield, CO, is an established and growing Wealth Management firm. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative/Client Service:

● Review, prepare, and submit new business applications

● Follow up with applications in pipeline, ensuring the business becomes issued

● Track new business via dashboard maintenance

● Schedule Client meetings

● Update New Business Tracker once new business is submitted

● Prepare new accounts to be delivered to the client after issue

● Collect and submit delivery receipts to companies

● Complete client meeting follow-up activities upon request

● Communicate with clients to fully understand inquiries or requests

● Contact appropriate individuals or companies to resolve clients’ inquiries or requests

● Answer general client questions and service requests or provide details to another team member for resolution

● Follow-up on unresolved inquiries or requests

● Create necessary materials for prospect meetings, client meetings, and workshops as applicable

● Maintain professional licenses and designations as applicable

● Document procedures within position using request workflows in Salesforce CRM

Financial Planning (after 1-3 years as CSA) :

● Participate in networking and prospecting activities to develop new prospects and leads

● Build strong relationships with prospects and clients with consistent, and caring communication

● Answer client questions and handle service requests

● Create reports, presentations, and other necessary materials for prospect meetings, client meetings, and workshops upon request

● Be current in knowledge of financial, investment, tax, risk management, and risk planning

● Create financial plans and related deliverables

● Master financial planning software

● Perform High Level asset allocation analysis for reviews

● Maintain professional licenses and designations as applicable

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's Degree is required

● 1 year of investment industry experience is preferred

● Experience with Financial Planning is a plus

● Must be willing to obtain Series 65 or 66, Life or Health license(s)

● CFP®, we will support you in becoming a CFP, this license is not required at time of hire

● Ability to pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
