The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures that a client’s first interaction with our organization is first rate in terms of service quality. The CSR team provides options for service appointments and sales appointments and is required to hold call performance metrics. This job is all about being agreeable and able to convince customers to book at a high rate, achieving monthly goals.

This position entails fulfilling the customer experience and scheduling service requests for our plumbing and septic departments. The CSR is responsible for receiving and processing service requests and estimate requests continually ensuring the customer is satisfied and receives clear communication. This CSR is responsible for data entry, customer service, billing, scheduling any appointments needed, call classification, backup for dispatchers, and all admin duties as required by department. The Junior CSR will also be responsible for routing and scheduling our maintenance inspections and working directly with the Senior CSR to provide the best experience possible for our customers.

This position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (availability to stay later is important) with some weekends and overtime for emergency service.
