MISSION :
  • This role will support all Sales Administration Order Preparation, Processing, Delivery, and Invoicing. Ensuring the total reliability of the Order Portfolio (dates, quantities, pricing). This person will also manage Customer Service Excellence by maintaining outstanding Customer Relations, handling customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
PROFILE:
  • Management of the EDI order upload system to and resolve issues preventing order flow.
  • Comprehensive of sales orders from start to finish to assure total accuracy.
  • Order entry, manual or EDI with detailed precision on dates, pricing, case packs,and forecast approvals.
  • Coordinate review and expedite of “over forecast” orders with Forecasting /Supply teams.
  • Support pricing team in cost analysis and updates as needed. (promo codes, roll back/stage orders)
  • Assist Sales Managers, supply, and demand teams in resolving customer issues. (tracking orders, product information, credit hold, ect.)
  • Assist in training of new Sales Admin. personnel and back-up coverage for existing team members.
  • Daily account analysis and excel reporting to communicate order details and fill rates. (cancelations, over forecast, reason codes, shipping details, back orders)
  • Dilligent follow up with Sales Managers on order issues while adhering to designated deadlines.
  • Frequent review of customer master data and advising of changes.
  • Recommend procedures to decrease chargebacks and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Assist the Sales Administration Supervisor with special projects.
  • Update of external Customer Systems with order info, status updates and cancellations.
  • Daily review and analysis of portfolio files for assigned customers to assess order risks.
  • Support Sales/ Marketing teams by maintaining external Data Systems to ensure Groupe data integrity
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :
  • SAP & Microsoft Office.
  • Communication, Teamwork, problem solving, Initiative, planning and organization, Self-management
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-look up)
  • Basic understanding of extended Supply Chain
  • Two years of experience in a fast paced /dynamic industry
  • Education
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
