A manager provides direction, instruction, and guidance to the department. They help each person meet their personal and team goals. They are energetic and help create a positive culture in the office. They are willing and able to know and understand their team members strengths and weaknesses and help motivate them to develop those weaknesses into strengths.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call coaching and accountability
  • Provide constructive and positive feedback to each member on their team
  • Develop trust and good business relationships with representatives
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Sit with assigned teams so they can be ready to help answer questions/assist
  • Walk the floor throughout the day to hold agents accountable and answer questions
  • Hold weekly one-on-ones with each Team Lead
  • Monitor and assign alerts/reminders
  • Meet weekly with department leadership
  • Report on team KPI’s to department leadership
  • Maintain SOP documentation
  • Ensure high-quality scores for the department

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude (Can do attitude)

Education and Experience:

  • High School or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Previous Call Center Experience

Physical Requirements:
· Sit at a desk for long periods of time and do phone and computer work

Work Environment:
· Standard office work stations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
