A manager at Altitude is responsible for monitoring the overall park atmosphere and Altitude
Culture for the employees as well as the guests. In addition to park culture, the Manager is responsible for routine safety checks, safety audits, cash management, customer management and overall day to day operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains staff by assisting in training new staff, managing and mentoring current staff.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, coaching & developing internal talent.
  • Accomplishes financial goals by forecasting, managing budget expectations and labor costs.
  • Focus on guest service standards and training.
  • Managing the park as a whole including cleanliness, safety, delegating tasks & handling customers.
  • Supports sales and marketing plans in collaboration with management team and front desk staff.
  • Communicate, delegate and execute rules and safety procedures effectively.
  • Works closes with General Manager and park owner to increase sales, adapt new policies and meet brand standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Family entertainment or amusement park background a plus.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • General understanding of HR policies
  • Organized, detail oriented and strong communicator.
  • Professional attitude and work ethic.
  • Available to work days, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to organize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Salary determined by qualifications and experience.

Pay: From $25,000.00 per year
