SUMMARY
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing world-class customer service and satisfaction to all of our customers. This position is Often the first person our customer interacts with. The role requires all CSR’s to be knowledgeable about our products, our uniquely different business segments and resulting customer needs. Ideal CSR candidates are confident, friendly, outgoing and willing to assist and attend to all customer requests. This fast-paced department communicates globally with our customers and processes all forms of customer orders on a daily basis which requires the ability to adapt, understand and respond in an increasingly dynamic environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Receiving customers requests and orders by telephone, fax, or emails, analyze requests, providing information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
2. Responding politely and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, fax, or emails and making sure that any problems they have are resolved.
3. Handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls, data input to the customers accounts and other back office tasks.
4. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business changes and expands.

SCHEDULE
- Work Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday
- Hours worked: 10AM - 7PM
- One hour lunch, two ten minute breaks
VACATION (based on years of service)
· Eligible for 24 hours of sick pay the first of the month following 30 days.
· 1-2 years = 40 hours
· 3-9 years = 80 hours
· 10 years and over = 120 hours
