What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Service Advisor on our Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Inbound customer support
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources

Who You Are:

As a Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• A high school diploma, with six plus months of customer service experience preferred.
• Live within 50 mile radius of the Jacksonville, TX site.
• The natural instinct to multitask, be flexible, and are able to adapt to changes.
• The passion for being a team player.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
