Job Purpose
Engage and interact with all customers who contact our Service Center in an effort to provide them with a pleasant experience. This position will service the needs of our customers through aggressive follow-up, multitasking skills, and an enthusiastic approach that creates a positive, service-oriented environment. Manage all customer needs including scheduling and troubleshooting daily questions or concerns. Develop ongoing relationships with key customer accounts to ensure high overall satisfaction levels. Monitor field service level and quality to ensure the organization is providing the highest level of service to its customers. Continually develop innovative and creative strategies to improve service, quality, and team performance.
