We are searching for a Customer Service Associate in our Savannah, GA, location. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and customer focused individual who is willing to learn and grow with Kimball Midwest.

This position will be responsible for performing all those duties associated with providing excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff. Such duties include, but are not limited to, order entry, invoicing, reporting, and communicating via phone and email.


Qualifications:

  • This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • This position requires prior customer service experience
  • This position requires the ability to perform 5000-6000+ key strokes per hour
  • This position requires proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • This position requires the ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • This position requires the ability to communicate professionally with management, customers and co-workers in both written and verbal form
  • This position requires a person who is dependable (i.e. reports to work daily barring any unforeseen circumstances.)
  • Understand and maintain compliance with all applicable agency and governmental policies, rules, procedures, and laws


Additional Information:

This is an onsite role. The hours are 8:15am-4:45pm, Monday- Friday.

The pay rate is $17 per hour,
