Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Requirements: Bilingual
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9a - 5p CST (First 90 days candidate has to report to office. After 90 days they will be able to work in office and from home.)
Job Description:
- Answer Phones, look up what health plan the member is on, talk through plan details, answer questions about the members plan, look up doctor's in the health plans network, look up labs and imaging pricing, enter notes in CRM, follow up with members if needed, redirect calls to appropriate team members, assist member in submitting claims, learn and navigate multiple platforms: (RingCentral, CRM, Google Drive, and email)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
