Customer Retention Representative Job at Moxie Pest Control
Moxie Pest Control is BOOMING in the Phoenix Valley, and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal staff members to join our Retention team.
We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Moxie Pest Control!
Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, parties, catered lunches). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!
As a Retention Expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn all you need to know to be a rock star - effectively helping to retain our amazing customers. All positions include speaking with customers over the phone.
Other duties may include:
-Assisting customers looking to make changes to their service agreement
-Inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text to existing customers
-Scheduling and processing payments
-Contacting former customers
-Dance party coordination
-A million other possibilities.
- Pay is hourly, ranging from $18-21, plus up to $500 in monthly bonuses,
- All positions have the opportunity for quick advancement. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail oriented you WILL be rewarded.
- Retention experience a big plus, however, it is not required.
- Several full-time Retention Expert positions are available.
- Health benefits after 90 days.
- 401k available after 90 days.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
