Factor is a remote-first company. Every role (including this one) is a full-time, remote position. If

About You*
We are looking for an effective problem-solver who takes complete ownership of their tasks and
is all about results. This is a multi-faceted role where you will work cross-functionally with
product, sales, and engineering, and will be responsible for designing and implementing
processes that will support Factor’s growth.

In this job, you will: *
- Directly help our customers build the next generation of hardware products by facilitating
order placements and tracking orders from the beginning to the very end
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to understand company priorities, goals, and
objectives
- Work closely with the operations team to own key customer accounts and provide
superior operational support
- Own product priorities for customer operations to ensure customer satisfaction and
long-term customer retention
- Provide feedback to create, build, improve, and document processes

The ideal candidate will have the following: *
- Delighting customers comes naturally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
(including email etiquette)
- Exercise independent judgment to determine the root cause of the issue and find a
resolution with their own resources
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-based approach to enhance customer relations
via support tickets, calls and emails
- Self-starter who does not need to be managed day-in & day-out to proactively add
value
- Analytical thinking and strategic problem solving
- Strong sense of urgency and detail-oriented
- Extremely organized & able to prioritize
- Works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Identify and implement opportunities for increased operational efficiencies
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be capable of dealing with ambiguity, working with limited direction, and asking lots of
questions
- Have 2+ years of operations, planning, or project management experience
- Have 2+ years in a customer-facing role
Bonus points:
- Technical aptitude for complex concepts
- Previous startup or small company experience
- Previous experience with manufacturing and/or hardware
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procurement
- Previous remote-working experience
- Have experience utilizing tools such as Front and Brex
