Delivers exceptional customer service answering inbound calls, determining needs, answering inquiries and fulfilling customer requests.
Specific Job Functions:
- Answers inquiries by clarifying customer requests and locating and providing information.
- May suggest additional services by recognizing opportunities to deliver improved service to the customer
- Logs appropriate information in the 360 “incident” program
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Responsible for being compliant with all regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to job function.
- Carries out other duties as may be assigned or requested.
Job Requirements:
- Customer focused
- 1 or more year of direct customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to build relationships with team members and customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Available to work Saturdays
