Sweet Aviation is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to help support our growing business! In this role, you will assist with scheduling reservations, perform various administrative tasks, tug aircraft for relocation, and provide friendly and knowledgeable answers to product and service questions asked by customers or potential customers.

This is a PART TIME position, approximate work hours are:

· Tuesdays & Wednesdays 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM

· Saturdays & Sundays 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM

(Some flexibility with this schedule may be available -- can be discussed)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Towing aircraft (Aircraft Tug and/or by hand) to appropriate areas or hangars, pulling aircraft out of hangars, assisting with refueling of aircraft, etc.

● This position will involve being outside approximately 50% of the time, in all types of weather, moving aircraft/fueling/etc., and being inside 50% of the time assisting clients

● Ensure aircraft is fueled, put away, and accounted for at the conclusion of use

● Discuss pricing, training requirements, and offer services to customers. Consult customers on their goals and offer next steps to accommodate their needs

● Dispatch aircraft keys and ensure proper requirements are met by customer for flights

● Modify, create, and manage reservations on schedule based on customer needs, maintenance updates, and instructor availability

● Provide tours of the airport and facility to prospective customers

● Restock both employee and customer facing items around the office and ensure the office and facility is clean and presentable. This includes taking out the trash, vacuuming, other cleaning duties and organizing.

● Set up tables/chairs and other necessary equipment for Ground School and other events

● Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

● Manage a high number of incoming calls

● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

● Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

● Take cash, check, and credit card payments from customers for purchases, maintenance invoices, and other transactions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

● Previous customer support experience strongly preferred

● Friendly, outgoing personality, able to build a rapport and handle customer interactions with professionalism and tact

● Strong phone and written communication skills, ability to utilize active listening techniques and respond promptly

● Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus; will use customer database for note taking after interactions, task assignment for follow up, etc.

● Flexible and adaptable; able to positively interact with a wide variety of customers of all backgrounds

● Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

● Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
