Job Description
The customer experience team is vital part of the operations at Silco Fire & Security. The team’s focus is on providing the best experience for our customers and for our employees. The team serves as the front line for all incoming phone calls at the 5 branches (Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, & Dayton) and creates the schedules for the technicians. While there are many different roles within our team, we pride ourselves on helping one another get the job done and ensure that our technicians have everything they need to take care of the customer.
  • Answering and routing phones
  • Routing and scheduling technicians daily
  • Assist Customers and Fire Departments with document requests
  • Help with management of customer database
Job Type:
  • Full Time
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30am – 5:00pm
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with heavy inbound, outbound, and transferring calls
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
