Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers in the US Air Force aerospace aftermarket. You will build relationships and understand the customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition. You will increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships. You will develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share with an Air Logistics Complex and other customer entities as assigned. You will drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere sales organization, leading the cross-functional team to maintain excellent customer service across internal Honeywell departments.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in customer-facing sales and/or program management roles; or Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, bringing together complex work streams to support customer delivery
  • Understanding for prospecting-to-delivery sales processes, including opportunity identification and validation, proposal, negotiation, order acceptance, execution and invoicing
  • Strong organizational and program management skills to meet customer requirements across a wide range of mission-critical aerospace components

WE VALUE:

  • Significant experience in Sales/Account Management or a related field
  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience with US Department of Defense customers
  • Broad knowledge of matrix functions supporting the sales organization, including but not limited to Finance, Pricing, Order Management, Customer Support and Program Management, Sourcing, Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, and Contracts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
