BioTalent are partnering with TOWER Cold Chain Solutions to find an ambitious Customer Account Manager to join their Customer Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity with exceptional growth potential within a business who are experiencing significant growth in recent years due to their success with providing sustainable temperature-controlled services and containers to the global life sciences sector.
This role will offer you

- Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
You will be responsible for
- Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients
- Directing business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services and products
- Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
- Managing and developing your own small team
You will bring the following
- Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
- Previous experience of managing client/customer relationships
- Dynamics CRM 365 Training
- Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery / collection times and transport costs
