POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out the trash, tidying furniture, wiping down windows, and dusting surfaces
- Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
- Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking disposables
- Once a month deep cleaning in certain areas
- Work independently and stay focused on positional duties
- Adhere to the safety and quality policies at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Comply with the Company’s attendance/tardiness standards
