CSC INSTRUCTOR/ STARTER FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Position Summary:
The CSC Instructor is responsible for serving members of the Cardio Strength Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to conducting fitness orientations and completing daily cleaning assignments.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Exceptional member service skills
- A sound knowledge of fitness
- Computer and data input skills
- Previous customer service and/or fitness experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet, acknowledge and engage all members
- Contribute to a positive, inviting atmosphere for all members
- Conduct fitness orientations
- Complete daily cleaning assignments
- Inform members and prospective members about Countryside YMCA and Y Express programs
- Accurately present facility and membership information to prospective members
- Follow all safety and risk management procedures and report any safety issues to your supervisor
- Assist in Scholarship Fund Raising activities
- Other duties as assigned
Rate of Pay: $10 per hour
All part-time staff working a minimum of 16 hours per quarter receive a complimentary individual membership to the Countryside YMCA, as well as membership discounts! Departments may require more than the minimum hours listed.
