Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsibilities include first and foremost serving, interacting, and getting to know our customers! We also prep and prepare food, and clean and organize the back of house and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area for our customers.

- We provide the highest quality and freshest ingredients prepared every day and and make our subs to order.

- This is a people business, so you also must be a likable, people person and know how to have fun while working hard!

Qualifications and Skills

- We are looking for people who can bring energy and enthusiasm to their job and help create a culture where we are excited to serve and get to know our customers.

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up on time, ready to contribute each day.

- Must be a team player that will work to support others and help make others better.

- Must have a great attitude and be willing to do the dirty work as well as the fun work.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time

- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs (sack of onions or box of soda)

- Ability to bend to pick up trash on floor or get product off of shelves

- Ability to lift using both arms a maximum of 20 lbs

- Ability to use right and/or left arm and ability to use right and left hand for repetitive motion of slicing or catching meat that has been sliced to place on bread

- Ability to listen to customers placing an order

- Ability to speak to customers to greet, communicate

- Cognitive ability to make change and cashier

- Cognitive ability to memorize menu to make proper sandwiches with proper slice counts and to be able to communicate menu to customers/staff

- Ability to twist and bend (mopping, sweeping)
