We are looking for a bartender with the following:
- Experience as a Craft Cocktail Bartender
- Positive energy & a friendly personality
- Efficient, observant, and knowledgeable in the field
- Experience serving classical cocktails
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Willing to be trained
- Availability to work at night, weekends, and holidays
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Attentive to customer needs
Duties:
- Welcoming and greeting customers
- Reading and listening to people determine beverage preferences and making recommendations
- Taking drink orders
- Checking identifications to make sure customers are at a legal age to purchase alcohol
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- Handling cash, credit and debit transactions, ensuring charges are accurate
- Maintaining a clean work area
