Covid-19 Nasal Swabber Job at Vanguard Medical Group PA
COVID-19 Specimen Collectors at Vanguard are responsible for collecting COVID-19 specimens via nasal swabbing at our Covid-19 clinic in Jersey City location. Training will be provided. Compensation for this role is $18.00 hourly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with patients and provide necessary guidance for on-site testing
- Conduct nasal swab covid tests
- Collect and store specimens according to established procedures
- Check all test requisitions or computer labels against the script to ensure 100% accuracy
- Answer telephone calls, read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries
- Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment
