Job Duties: Supervisory position within the adult division of Court Services. This position would supervise a team of CSO’s providing supervision of adult offenders on pretrial and probation supervision. Additional duties include interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training new CSO’s, providing ongoing direction, support, and guidance to CSO’s, attending, and assisting with Criminal First Appearance docket, collaboration with other court professionals and community agencies, as well as developing and implementing new programs. The position may also require some adult caseload supervision as needed. Candidates must be able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Required Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major casework in Social Work, Corrections, criminology, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling or a closely related field and a minimum of one year but preferably five years of experience in Court Services.
