Court Monitor (Must Be 16 Years Of Age or Older)
Position Profile
The Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards.
Qualifications
· Ability to speak in front of groups
· Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
· Ability to develop a rapport with Guests and correct behavior when needed
· Ability to interact with Guests and facilitate games and activities to keep them engaged
· Ability to handle and resolve Guest complaints
Responsibilities
· Pay attention to the court always and be interactive with the Guests
· Advocate Guest satisfaction/WoW!
· Advocate risk management (Guest Rules communication)
· Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
· Assist with court inspections
· Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested
· Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions'
