Our Customer Service Rep is an integral team member. Our CSRs are responsible for helping us to meet and exceed customer expectations through serving our Laundry Service and Dry Cleaning customers.
A Supervisor-In-Training has the responsibility of effectively leading 1-2 direct reports. Supervisors are expected to maintain a cohesive, professional team environment. Must be able to meet and exceed company goals through their individual performance and direct reports. Must be able to communicate, document, follow up within short periods of time. Help direct reports improve their performance.
We offer dry cleaning, laundry, pickup and delivery for residential and commercial clients at an affordable rate. We deliver customer-first service. Our completion turnaround time can be as fast as a few hours. Through the years, we’ve updated with new services and new technology to provide the best possible experience.
