Looking for an energetic, solution focused manager to provide supervision and development to Residential Counseling Staff who are responsible for case management of students in a residential, career and technical training program.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday-Friday 8am- 5 pm, Tuesday 10a-7p
Bachelors degree in Human services required.
Staff management experience required.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- develop staff
-develop training and programming to support staff
-organize processes to be solution focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
