Employee will maintain the organization's inventory; ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements..
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

ERP and data entry systems.- Detect discrepancies between stocks and records.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory.
- Maintain negative reports
- Identify low-turn stock.
- Maintain sufficient supply.
- Minimize cost and reduce losses.
- Maintain Depreciation schedules
- Create monthly WIP entries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Two years of accounting experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of business technologies including Microsoft Office Experience in material management systems
- Basic budget management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic budget management skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, with superior time management skills.
- Experience with Sage 100 Manufacturing Software
Physical Demands
- Required to reach with hands and arms.
- Push, pull, move or lift up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in an office and factory environment
