COSMETIC NURSE INJECTOR - 1099 CONTRACTOR

Responsibilities:

• Works special events as assigned.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events/parties including weekend and evening services.
• Monitors inventory levels of injectables; Alerts staff to ordering needs.
• Provides patients with cosmetic injectables in a safe environment.
• Ability to cross promote all the services (i.e. botox, chemical peels, skincare, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, microneedling with PRP [Vampire Facial], etc.)
• Greets clients in a professional, friendly manner and suggests the appropriate services based on the customer’s needs.
• Knowledge and understanding of all services and product lines available.
• Demonstrates the ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality and has an awareness of the sensitivity of patient information.
• Autonomously performs patient assessment, diagnosis, and intervention according to approved protocols.
• Orders and interprets appropriate testing and communicates results to patients.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the organization's policies and procedures.
• Prepares and maintains accurate detailed chart documentation.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Practicing within the realm of HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Certified in Cosmetic Injectables is a plus.
• Experience in an education-based, non-aggressive sales approach to inform clients of the product, service, and series options with the intention and ability to build retention and repeat business.
• 1 year of experience providing cosmetic injections required.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse is required.
• Prior experience using allergan and Galderma products is a plus.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Must be willing to attend training sessions and events that could be off hours.
• Prior experience in a med spa, plastic surgery clinic, or hospital setting is a plus.
• Basic computer & typing skills.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Following all health & safety directives.

Education & Minimal Qualifications:

• Nurse injector experience required.
• Knowledge of Galderma products.
• Active Texas issued Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse license.
• Marketing via social media.
• NP or RN license must be in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a licensed RN.
• Current BLS certification.
• Aesthetic Injection Experience - 1 year minimum.

Compensation:

• 20% gross pay on services performed
