Position Overview:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for 1) sourcing and recruiting external candidates for both salary.

exempt and hourly associate roles, with the talent and potential to meet the needs of the business 2)

Developing and implement ongoing and evolving strategies to source and recruit the best candidates

possible across all organizational levels. sourcing, qualifying and delivering diverse candidates.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Director of HR, plan and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies that identify and deliver top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct initial needs assessment and create accurate, professionally written position descriptions/job advertisements.
  • Utilize all applicable resources for promoting job openings on 3rd party recruiting sites (Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc.) careers pages, job posting boards, handshake, company website and intranet, social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook), local and regional market contacts (e.g. Chamber of Commerce, Economic Groups, SCDEW, NCWorks) Source candidates through online channels such as professional networks, Blogs, and industry specific associations.
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Plan, schedule and represent the company at all Recruitment Job Fairs. Overnight travel will be required depending on the location of the event.
  • Evaluate candidates utilizing DMA’s recruiting process taking into consideration their geographic preference and fit within other DMA locations with similar roles.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment metrics in accordance with company policies and procedures. Report weekly progress to the Director of HR, hiring managers, and Sr. management on the status of open positions. Maintain the Recruiting Open Position tracking scorecard and dashboard.
  • Screen resumes and applications and provide timely follow-up with candidates regarding their stage in the DMA hiring process.
  • Utilize video conferencing tools to pre-screen interview candidates during initial evaluation stage of the hiring process and for first-round interviews.
  • Prepare potential candidate information packages for hiring managers to be used in their evaluation and in preparing for next steps interviews.
  • Set up first stage and second stage interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct post candidate interview discussions with hiring managers to gain feedback and determine next steps.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate all on-site interviews with candidates including arranging travel assistance requirements
  • Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and coach managers through the interviewing and hiring process.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers.
  • Maintain and updates the company's open positions tracking grid
  • Ensure all open positions have been posted on the company's Website and IntraNet
  • Maintain and publish the KPI scorecard measures for this role within the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates for a wide variety of positions.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through online channels and. professional networks
  • Experience working with online recruiting platforms
  • Solid computer and technology usage skills.

  • Incumbent work hours/schedule and/or shift are subject to change based on business needs and
  • Management discretion
  • Work location will be at the company’s HQ located in Loris, SC. This is not a remote work
  • position.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business necessities
