Coordinator, Centers of Excellence Job at IAB
IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) seeks an innovative, self-driven and detail-oriented coordinator to support our Centers of Excellence. The coordinator will act as a central point of contact between the COEs and the rest of the IAB, managing various initiatives and ensuring the team's success through project management, program organization, and data entry.
The COE, Coordinator is a foundational and expansive role with responsibilities in salesforce management, event coordination, and relationship building. The coordinator will have a unique opportunity to learn about the industry and grow towards thought leadership with high-level members from various companies in the digital ecosystem. What You'll Do:
- System Maintenance: Salesforce management and updates, including reporting, group participation, event attendance, and website updates.
- Data Entry: Enter and update business contacts into Salesforce, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Member Engagement: Communicate with high-level members directly and through mass communications using mail merges and database email lists.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and support a calendar of events and meetings, including webinars and in-person meetings, from pre-event organization to onsite execution, and point-of-contact for all logistics related inquiries from sponsors and members.
•Project Management: Assist in the development and of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects. •Project Maintenance: Maintain project documentation, including project briefs, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, working with the team to implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Presentation Edits: Assist CoEs in the preparations of presentations and ensure that all presentations are error-free, visually appealing, and engaging.
- Research: Assist CoEs with research on various topics, such as industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies

- You are well- versed in Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software.
